LDWA is a Private NON-PROFIT, SHAREHOLDER OWNED culinary water utility company serving the citizens of Leeds Utah and is not an extension of local or state government.  We are committed to providing clean, safe, water while delivering responsible water services to our shareholders, in customer service and environmental stewardship.

The Division of Drinking Water (DDW) and the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) recognize LDWA as the Culinary Water Authority for Leeds Town and thus requires LDWA to comply with DDW/DEQ requirements. These requirements include purification of culinary water in compliance with DDW/DEQ Rules.
