The Leeds Domestic Waterusers Association (LDWA) is a private, non-profit [501(c)(12)], shareholder-owned culinary water utility serving the community of Leeds, Utah. LDWA operates independently and is not an extension of local or state government.

We are deeply committed to providing clean, safe drinking water while delivering responsible, high-standard services to our shareholders through excellence in customer care and environmental stewardship.

As the recognized Culinary Water Authority for the town of Leeds by the Utah Division of Drinking Water (DDW) and the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), LDWA operates in full compliance with all state regulatory rules and purification standards.
